You can identify metals by their appearance and magnetic properties. Ferrous metals like steel and iron are magnetic, while non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper are not. If unsure, bring a sample to our facility, and our experts will help you identify it.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. We’re closed on Sundays. Feel free to visit us or contact us during these hours.

In order to streamline the process, having materials sorted before arriving speeds up the process significantly. As for cleaning material, if there is too much non metallic weight it may affect the pricing or we may tell you it is not something we can accept, as we are not a waste facility.

We offer container services to assist in the removal of scrap, and can arrange pickup on larger items such as machinery, trailers, or vehicles. To arrange a pickup, contact us via phone or email.

Yes, you can drop off your scrap metal at our Deer Park location during business hours. Our facility is equipped to handle various types of metal, and our staff will assist you with the unloading process.

The value is based on the type of metal and its weight. We use a floor scale to weigh the metal, and our team will provide you with the current market rate to determine the value.

We do not accept non metallic materials, such as garbage, plastic, or fluid waste.

Unacceptable/prohibited materials, including any Class 1 Chlorofluorocarbons or class 2 hydrochlorofluorocarbons, refrigerants (freon) which under the federal clean air act must be reclaimed, not vented.
